Portable Conference Rooms are a key component to closing business at a trade show.   Our modular, freestanding conference rooms are easily set-up and taken down without tools.  All panels and extruded aluminum frames are made in America, and include the manufacturer’s lifetime warranty. 

Portable Conference Rooms contain two-part walls with panels to create a series of semi private areas.  The private area can then be used for demonstrations, and to discuss business in a quiet, private room.  Conference Room panels can be constructed with fabric insets, to accept custom Velcro-detachable graphics.  We can also provide custom graphics to your specifications.  Panels can also be constructed of clear or opaque acrylic.  Optionally, your logo can be placed on the panels using a method we have perfected that makes it appear your logo is etched.  The end result is a portable office with an extremely professional appearance.

As for portability, your entire modular Conference Room packs into one lockable, forklift able, wheeled tub with side-doors for easy access.  The rugged, wheeled tub is approximately 56” high x 40” wide x 57” deep.
